By accessing Textierge or signing up for our SMS concierge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Service Overview
Textierge provides an AI-powered personal concierge accessible entirely via SMS. The service assists with everyday tasks including reminders, recommendations, information lookups, personal organization, and general concierge support. No app download is required.
2. SMS Terms & Disclosures
- Program Description: Textierge provides an AI-powered personal concierge service via SMS for information retrieval, task management, reminders, and personal organization.
- Consent: By providing your mobile number and completing registration, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Textierge.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service.
- Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You may also use: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL.
- Support: For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Textierge only for its intended purpose as a personal concierge. You may not:
- Use the service for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to manipulate, override, or circumvent the AI assistant's guidelines or operating boundaries
- Use the service for purposes outside its intended scope, including but not limited to: software development or code generation, academic assignments or test preparation, long-form content creation (essays, articles, scripts), or professional services requiring licensed expertise (legal, medical, or financial advice)
- Automate, script, or bot-generate messages to the service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its responses
- Register multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or extend trial access
Textierge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
4. Usage Limits & Fair Use
To ensure quality and availability for all users, Textierge enforces reasonable usage limits on message volume. These limits may include restrictions on messages per minute, per hour, and per day.
Current usage limits are determined by your subscription plan. Textierge reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality, prevent abuse, and manage operational costs. Significant changes to limits will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.
If you exceed your plan's usage limits, your messages may be temporarily delayed or you may receive a notification asking you to try again later. Usage limits reset on a rolling basis.
Textierge also enforces message length limits. Messages that exceed the maximum permitted length may be truncated or rejected with a request to shorten your message.
Unusually high-volume or patterned usage that suggests automated, scripted, or non-personal use may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Textierge reserves the right to change pricing or features with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any changes take effect.
6. AI-Generated Content
Textierge uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
Textierge is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on the service for legal, medical, financial, or emergency guidance. Always verify critical information independently and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
You acknowledge that AI responses are generated in real time and may vary. Textierge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any response.
7. Google Calendar Integration
Authorization and Consent
By connecting your Google Calendar to Textierge, you explicitly authorize and consent to Textierge:
- Reading your calendar events: To view event details (titles, times, locations, descriptions, attendees) when you request schedule information
- Creating calendar events: To add new events when you request via text message
- Modifying calendar events: To edit existing events when you request changes
- Deleting calendar events: To remove events when you request cancellations
- Accessing calendar metadata: To read calendar names, time zones, and settings necessary to provide our services
Scope of Access
Textierge requests the following Google Calendar API scopes:

We only use these permissions to fulfill requests you make via text message or to provide features you've enabled (such as daily schedule briefs).
Your Responsibilities
When using Google Calendar integration, you agree to:
- Connect only calendars you own or have permission to manage
- Verify calendar actions before confirming (we may create/modify events based on your text instructions)
- Understand that Textierge acts on your behalf based on the messages you send
- Not hold Textierge liable for calendar actions you requested via text
Disconnecting Your Calendar
You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time by:
- Texting "disconnect calendar" to Textierge, OR
- Revoking access through your Google Account permissions page
When you disconnect, Textierge immediately deletes your calendar access token and can no longer access your calendar.
Limitations and Disclaimers
No Warranty: While we strive for accuracy, Textierge is not liable for:
- Missed or incorrect calendar event creation/modification due to unclear text instructions
- Calendar sync delays or failures due to Google API issues
- Conflicts or errors in your calendar resulting from your requests
- Data loss if you disconnect or revoke access
Your Review Required: You are responsible for reviewing calendar events created or modified by Textierge to ensure accuracy.
8. Google API Services
Your use of Google Calendar features through Textierge is subject to:

9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or third-party fulfillment of any recommendations or suggestions provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Textierge and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
In no event shall Textierge's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Textierge in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textierge shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Your use of Google Calendar integration features
- Interruptions in Google Calendar API service
- Incorrect calendar event creation, modification, or deletion based on your text instructions
- Loss of calendar data due to disconnection or service termination
- Any actions taken by Google regarding your account or data
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Textierge service are owned by Textierge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Google Calendar and the Google Calendar API are trademarks and property of Google LLC. Textierge is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by replying STOP to any Textierge message or by emailing [email protected].
Textierge may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse usage limits, or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users. In cases of serious or repeated violations, termination may occur without prior notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via SMS, email, or by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
